Online Communications

There are tons of great ways to communicate with parents and share what is going on in your classroom.  Depending on your personality, the age of your students, and the way you run your classroom, you can create a system that works for you and your students.  Teachers use everything from websites to blogs to Twitter to share the amazing things that are happening in the classroom and to make sure that parents and students are in the know.  I hope the information here will help you pick what works best for you!

Websites:

There are several good, free website creation platforms out there... I happen to LOVE Weebly!  I love how easy it is to use (just drag and drop features) and that I can customize and change almost everything about it.  I am crazy for fonts... and I change my mind a lot!  Weebly allows you to change details, as well as the entire theme of your page without losing all of the work you have put into it.  If you are making a website, give Weebly a try!
